KEARNEY — The abduction of Anne Sluti is the basis for a new made-for-TV movie that will air next month on Lifetime.

Sluti was 17 when she was taken from a parking lot at a Kearney shopping mall on April 6, 2001.

Anthony Steven Wright, also known as Tony Zappa, was convicted of the kidnapping.

Wright held Sluti captive for six days before he surrendered after a 10-hour police standoff at a remote cabin near Rollins, Mont.

Sluti testified at Wright’s trial that she was bound with duct tape and chains and repeatedly raped during the ordeal.

Another day, another Rackspace outage. The hosting company had a complete and total failure today that took down a number of big sites on the Internet, including ours. This has been happening all too often in recent months, including downtime just last month.

The failure apparently originated in the company’s Dallas-area server farm. But unlike previous times, this does not appear to be a power issue, the company says. Hosting company Rackspace suffered networking problems in its Dallas data center on Friday afternoon, causing many of the Web's hot sites to go down as well.

The official Rackspace blog had not confirmed the outage by Friday afternoon, but several sites affected either posted blogs or tweeted about the outage. Mashable and TechCrunch were affected.

The Rackspace Cloud System Status blog confirmed the outage, however.

An agreement is now in place to send Roy Halladay to the Phillies, Cliff Lee to the Mariners, and prospects to the Blue Jays, major-league sources confirmed to FOXSports.com.

The sources said Phillipe Aumont — a Canadian right-hander — is among the players headed from Seattle to Toronto in the deal; the source added the Philadelphia is expected to send one of its outfield prospects, possibly Michael Taylor, to the Blue Jays.
